Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the RU4ME mobile app ("RU4ME" or "the app"), published by NationalTrader ("we", "us", or "our"). By using RU4ME, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RU4ME.

2. What RU4ME is

RU4ME is an entertainment app that lets you create a compatibility quiz and have others take it. Compatibility scores are for fun only. They are not professional, psychological, or relationship advice and do not predict the success of any relationship.

3. Respecting other people

You agree to:

• Only store contact information that people freely choose to give you.
• Use that information only to contact the person who provided it, and delete it if they ask.
• Not use RU4ME to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm anyone, or to collect information without consent.
• Not write quiz questions that are hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.

4. Your content and data

You are responsible for the questions you write and the information you store in the app. Everything is stored only on your device. We do not back it up and cannot recover it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Meeting people

RU4ME does not screen or verify anyone. If you decide to meet someone, use good judgment and take sensible safety precautions.

6. The app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use RU4ME on devices you own or control. RU4ME, including its design and default content, belongs to NationalTrader. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.

7. No warranty

RU4ME is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NationalTrader is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of RU4ME, or for any interactions between you and other people.

9. App stores

If you downloaded RU4ME from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continuing to use RU4ME after an update means you accept the new Terms.
